AWS introduces Partner Central agents to enhance co-selling
AWS has launched AI-powered Partner Central agents to enhance co-selling with partners, offering insights and recommendations to streamline sales and funding access.
AWS has announced the general availability of AWS Partner Central agents, a new set of AI-powered tools designed to enhance the co-selling process with AWS partners. These capabilities, built upon Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, aim to streamline sales cycles and simplify access to funding. Partners can utilize these tools directly through the AWS console or integrate them programmatically via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing seamless access within their existing customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
The AWS Partner Central agents provide partner teams with valuable insights into sales pipelines, customized sales strategies, and actionable recommendations for next steps, enabling them to prioritize their efforts effectively. By utilizing these agents, sales teams can share data such as meeting transcripts, notes, or emails, which are automatically processed to update fields and advance deals, minimizing the time spent on data entry and maximizing focus on sales activities.
Additionally, the agents offer recommendations on funding opportunities at the opportunity level, identify gaps in eligibility, and generate pre-filled fund requests to expedite the capture of available funding. This ensures that partners can leverage resources more efficiently and effectively.
Available in all commercial AWS regions, AWS Partner Central agents are ready for use today. Partners interested in learning more about these capabilities can refer to the AWS blog. To begin using the agents, partners can access AWS Partner Central via the AWS console, review the agents guide, and for CRM integration, consult the Partner Central agents MCP server guide.
