Amazon Connect Cases has introduced new features that allow agents to edit and delete related items, as well as delete cases directly from the agent workspace without requiring administrator assistance. These enhancements enable agents to update comments, unlink contacts that have been mistakenly associated with the wrong case, or remove cases that were opened in error.

Furthermore, agents now have the capability to create, edit, and delete custom related items such as orders, returns, and invoices. This functionality is designed to help capture additional context for each case, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of case management.
