AWS Security Hub Extended expands with new partner solutions

AWS Security Hub Extended plan now includes 21 curated partner solutions across nine categories, offering enhanced flexibility and integration for enterprise security needs.

AWS has announced an enhancement to its Security Hub Extended plan, now featuring 21 curated partner solutions across nine distinct security categories. This expansion includes the integration of SentinelOne for endpoint protection, CyberArk for identity management, Sublime for email security, Varonis for data security, LayerX for browser security, Native Security for cloud protection, and Zenity for AI security.

The addition of these new partners provides enterprises with greater flexibility in selecting security solutions that align with their specific needs. All solutions under the Security Hub Extended plan offer pay-as-you-go pricing, consolidated billing through a single AWS invoice, automatic eligibility for the AWS Enterprise Discount Program (EDP), and unified Level 1 support for AWS Enterprise Support customers, with no requirement for long-term commitments.

The Security Hub Extended plan is designed to streamline the procurement, deployment, and integration of comprehensive enterprise security solutions. It covers a wide array of security domains including endpoint, identity, email, network, data, browser, cloud, AI, and security operations. The recent expansion allows users to choose from a mix of established industry leaders and innovative newcomers within each category.

Security findings from all participating solutions are emitted in the Open Cybersecurity Schema Framework (OCSF) schema, enabling automatic aggregation within AWS Security Hub. This integration allows enterprises to effectively combine AWS offerings with curated partner solutions, facilitating rapid identification and response to cross-domain security risks.

AWS plans to continue expanding the Security Hub Extended plan in response to customer feedback. The seven new curated partner solutions are immediately available across all AWS commercial regions where Security Hub services are offered. For additional information about supported regions, pricing, and how to get started, users are encouraged to visit the AWS Security Hub console or product page.
